MMDI was retained to update the existing office space including a full repaint of all walls, painting of all ceilings, installation of 6 offices and 3 large training rooms, removal and relocation of electrical panels, replacement of all lighting fixtures, removal and replacement of all sprinkler heads, removal and replacement of all mechanical diffusers, replacement of approximately 15,000 SF of various flooring as well as the new installation of various millwork elements throughout the space.
